※ Details regarding the VIP meeting time and location will be announced on the official H.E.R.O. Japan website (https://heromusic.bitfan.id/) and VMA’s official X account (https://x.com/vmagencyjp) once confirmed. Please be sure to check the latest information before coming to the venue.
※ If you arrive after the VIP meeting time, you may not be able to receive the VIP benefits.
※ The laminated pass will be handed to you at the venue. We are unable to mail it at a later date.
※ One photo per person will be taken using your own smartphone.
※ One personal item per person may be signed.

【Ticket Terms】
※ Standing tickets can be purchased up to 4 tickets per person, per show.
※ A separate standing ticket must be purchased for the VIP Upgrade Ticket. The VIP Upgrade Ticket alone does not grant entry to the show. Please note that a standing ticket is required for entry. If you would like to enjoy the VIP benefits, please purchase a VIP Upgrade Ticket in addition to your standing ticket.
※ The standing ticket and VIP Upgrade Ticket do not have to be purchased through the same ticketing platform. Tickets purchased through different ticketing platforms are also valid.
※ Re-entry is not permitted after the doors open.
※ Children under 6 years old (preschool age) are not permitted to enter the venue.
※ Each person aged 6 or older must have their own ticket.
※ Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the event that the show is cancelled or postponed.

※撮影した写真・動画の商用・営利目的の利用、および転載は禁止いたします。
※公演の生配信やビデオ通話など、第三者に視聴させる行為は禁止いたします。
※フラッシュ撮影は禁止いたします。
※公演・会場内の映像・写真がH.E.R.O.公式で公開される場合があります。
※再入場はできません。
※会場内外での事故・盗難等は、主催者・出演アーティスト・会場側では一切責任を負いません。
※モッシュやダイブ、その他迷惑とみなされる行為、スタッフの指示に従わない場合は強制的に退場していただくか入場をお断りする場合があります。
その場合、チケット代の払い戻しはいたしません。
※危険物、法律で禁止されている物品のお持ち込みは禁止いたします。
※会場にはコインロッカー（小・300円）がございますが数に限りがあるため、近隣で荷物をお預けいただくことをお勧めいたします。
※入場時ドリンク代（600円→価格改定により700円）が必要です。
※悪天候・災害等、やむを得ない事情により公演内容の変更または中止となる場合がございます。
※公演の中止および延期の場合以外は、チケットの交換・払い戻しの対応はいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承の上、チケットをご購入ください。
【Show Terms】
※ Only photography and video recording using your own smartphone is permitted during the show. Professional cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment are not allowed.
※ The commercial or profit-making use of any photos or videos taken during the show is prohibited.
※ Live streaming the show or allowing third parties to watch the show via video calls or other means is prohibited.
※ Flash photography is prohibited.
※ Photos and videos taken during the show or inside the venue may be published through H.E.R.O.’s official channels.
※ Re-entry is not permitted.
※ The organizer, performing artists, and venue are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
※ Mosh pits, crowd surfing, or any other behavior deemed disruptive, as well as failure to follow staff instructions, may result in forced removal from the venue or refusal of entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
※ Bringing dangerous items or any items prohibited by law into the venue is strictly prohibited.
※ Coin lockers (small: ¥300) are available at the venue, but availability is limited. We recommend storing your belongings at a nearby facility.
※ A ¥700 drink fee is required upon entry.
※ The show may be changed or cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
※ Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the event that the show is cancelled or postponed. Please be aware of this before purchasing your tickets.
